Winemaking Process
White winemaking, gentle pressing, and pure fermentation at controlled temperatures. Secondary fermentation and natural fermentation in autoclave for around 50 days at 12 – 13°C.

Organoleptic Properties
Appearance: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; dense and brilliant foam; fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: Fruity, aromatic, and enveloping; ripe white peach and pear notes accompanied by distinct hints of jasmine.
Taste: Velvety and intense, with great balance between acidity and sugars. Its complex structure enhances and completes the gustatory harmony.
Aftertaste: Persistent and highly pleasing, with echoes of mature fruity notes.
