La Cuvée del Fondatore è frutto di oltre 50 anni di esperienza maturata da Graziano Merotto tra i suoi amati vigneti. Le uve provengono dalle Rive di Col San Martino, mappali 86-826 a circa 230 metri slm.

Vinificazione
Pellicular maceration and soft pressing; the resulting must is then placed directly into an autoclave for the sparkling process for approximately 60 days; it then rests on its own yeasts for another 120 days or so.
